Hi there,
I want to solve this problem which tells me form a
Similarity matrix based on input.
for eg if the input is ( 1 2 ), (3 4 ), implying these are two groups
or cluster. I have to form the similarity matrix which looks
like 1 1 0 0
1 1 0 0
0 0 1 1
0 0 1 1
