I hope he tries to sue the sharkies. It would be most entertaining.

Laffranchi could teach him manners.
Like him or loathe him, Bird would seem to have some sort of case against
the Sharks. He was pressured to leave over an incident he was later found
not guilty of.
How could he lose?
I have heard that it was his lack of co-operation and his attitude
following the allegations/charges that led to his dismissal.
By his own admisison he didn't tell the Sharks the full story (ie the one
the appeal court accepted) so I don't think it's that simple, but
hopefully he won't realise that, think he's a on a winner, and go for it.
You couldn't make it up.

I think that it's a smart career move by Bird.
By the time that he gets punted from the NRL he would've had a few months
to make some valuable contacts in the Gold Coast crime scene, securing
himself a future after footy.

Yes, apparently he's already buddying up with Wayne Carey. Brendan
Fevola is also interested.
LOL! Not guilty. That makes me laugh.
You know what? Fuck the Gold Coast.
