We have from time to time expressed the COGNITIVE process using several
metaphors:

a) The traversal of the temporal continuum is like driving down the
highway whereby one will observe relativity through bi-directional
markers as that which you pass in the opposite direction and that which
you overtake.

Everyone has seen their reflection in the mirror (well, maybe not the
blind), but when I think of my reflection in the mirror I think of
multiple mirrors like the three that I have in my bathroom. When I face
a certain direction I can see an infinite number of reflections of
whatever is in the path of the mirrors. Though science says that each
of these reflections are just what I see, I still like to think that
there are different dimensions in the mirror. Each of the replications
of myself or in their own world and once I leave they leave to do
something different than what I am physically doing. Maybe their
apartments look different and lead completely different lives than mine.

An example of this relativity within the mind's cascading mirror effect
conveying an explicit specification of CATEGORIES OF UNDERSTANDING
having instantiation within reality, is the circumstance where early
within the afternoon of 5 JUNE 2017 I took my current chapter as my
London EVENT anti-terrorism activity (ie. *I* *ARTICULATED* *THE*
*CHAPTER* *BEFORE* *THE* *ACTUAL* *EVENT*) to the local Hospital's
Community Health Centre.

This terrorist attack of 3 June 2017 involving vehicle-ramming and
stabbing took place within London, England. Where a van was deliberately
driven into pedestrians on London Bridge before crashing on the south
bank. Its three occupants then ran to the nearby Borough Market area and
began stabbing people in and around restaurants and pubs. The attackers
were Islamists inspired by the Islamic State (ISIS). They were shot dead
by Metropolitan Police officers and were found to be wearing fake
explosive vests. Eight people were killed and 48 were injured, including
four unarmed police officers who attempted to stop the assailants.

On 5 JUNE 2017, Yacqub Khayre, a 29-year-old Somali-born Australian,
murdered a receptionist and held a prostitute hostage at the Buckingham
International Serviced Apartments, located in Brighton a suburb of
Melbourne, Australia. In a subsequent shoot-out with a police tactical
unit, Khayre was killed and three police officers were wounded. Police
consider the siege an act of terrorism.

Yacqub Khayre had made a telephone booking for a female escort through
an escort agency to meet in an apartment at the Buckingham International
Serviced Apartments. At 1600 hours, the 36-year-old escort arrived by
taxi and attended at apartment 11 as arranged and was taken hostage by
Khayre and held captive in the bathroom. Khayre was armed with two
shotguns. At approx. 1610 hours, the escort managed to free herself and
made a phone call to Victoria Police via 000. Shortly after, Khayre
phoned police stating it was a hostage situation, no one was to attend
apartment 11 otherwise the hostage would die, the receptionist was dead
and that there was a bomb on the premises. In the foyer of the complex,
Khayre fatally shot the receptionist, 36-year-old Kai Hao. Khayre around
this time tampered with the GPS ankle monitor, which he was wearing as a
condition of his parole.

At approx. 1644 hours, Khayre called police again making similar
statements as the previous call. Specialist police were called in: the
Critical Incident Response Team (CIRT) arrived first, followed by the
Special Operations Group (SOG) who took over tactical command. At 1704
hours, police located the receptionist dead in the foyer. At 1741 hours,
Khayre made a phone call to Seven News stating "This is for IS, this is
for al-Qaeda".

At approx. 1802 hours, Khayre emerged from apartment 11 exiting the
front of the complex. Yelling and running, he fired a Nikko sawed-off
over-under shotgun twice at SOG officers, who exchanged fire and killed
him. Three SOG officers were shot including one suffering a hand injury
and another facial injuries. The hostage was freed in the apartment by
