Version 1.1 corrects a number of minor mistakes with the original
Voting Form that was distributed on 13 March 2004. It should be used
in preference to that form but valid votes may be lodged using either
form as long as they are received by 5pm on Friday, 16 April 2004.
Voting & Membership
Only members of Conflux may vote for the 2004 Ditmar Awards. If you
are already a member of Conflux, a copy of the voting form will be
sent to you. If you are not a member of Conflux and wish to vote, you
must become a member of Conflux. A membership application form for
Conflux is provided as part of this voting form for use by non-members
who wish to join Conflux and exercise a vote for the 2004 Ditmar
Awards. The completed voting and membership application form should
be returned in its entirety, either by mail or by email, and with full
payment of membership fees, to one of the addresses above.
In order to be considered, votes must be:
* Exercised on or before Friday, 16 April 2004; and
* Received in Canberra by the Ditmar Awards Subcommittee by 5pm on 16
April 2004.
Optional preferential voting will be used to determine the winners of
the 2004 Ditmar Awards.
In the event of a tie for winner in any category, all tied works will
win the relevant award.
Completed voting forms must be:
* Mailed to Ditmar Awards, P.O. Box 903, Belconnen ACT 2616; or
* Emailed to dit...@conflux.org.au.
This form cannot be submitted by fax.
The Ditmar Awards Subcommittee will confirm the validity and
authenticity of all votes.
