Reality is the truth impervious to perception yet precisely due to
perception

There are two lines of thought in the interpretation of the law
available in the very first line of the Charter where seemingly it is
designed and structured fairly for the benefit of every individual
equally as the verbiage appears to attest to maintaining a consistency
when interpreted with thought and reason founded on the supremacy of
God attentive to the meaning of words as commonly known and defined in
the dictionary or other published source which the people of the Lower
Tier have come to rely on maintaining a consistency of meaning so as
to be able to communicate with each other with the greatest of ease as
intended when words were put to meaning.
Guarantee of Rights and
Freedoms
1. The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms guarantees the rights
and freedoms set out in it subject only to such reasonable limits
prescribed by law as can be demonstrably justified in a free and
democratic society.
7. Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of the person
and the right not to be deprived thereof except in accordance with the
principles of fundamental justice.
15. (1) Every individual is equal before and under the law and has the
right to the equal protection and equal benefit of the law without
discrimination and, in particular, without discrimination based on
race, national or ethnic origin, colour, religion, sex, age or mental
or physical disability.
52. (1) The Constitution of Canada is the supreme law of Canada, and
any law that is inconsistent with the provisions of the Constitution
is, to the extent of the inconsistency, of no force or effect.
With the use of common sense attentive to reason and thought we can
see there must be consistency in the interpretation of the law to
assure the provisions of the Charter are applied equally to every
individual consistently, which is not debateable being a matter of
fact, either stated or implied

It is most imperative to determine if any law is inconsistent with the
Constitution where “The Spirit” of the law must maintain a consistency
where credence must be to that which is least apt to be mistaken by
humankind for after all we are of a diverse intelligence and to
maintain consistency it must be written and interpreted in the
simplest of terms so they are acted upon in the same meaning intended
which must be presumed to have been written with good intentions in
“The Spirit” to be interpreted in “The Spirit” where there be no
ambiguity which would be inconsistent to purpose.

The law is clear founded on principles that recognizes the supremacy
of God
To maintain consistency with sanity it is irrelevant as to whether or
not God exists or ever did nor is it relevant whether or not a person
believes in God or ever did being nothing to determine in a court of
law as to what a person believed at any point in time.

It is common knowledge that Jesus knew well of the aspirations
attributed to God who summarized with the Golden Rule well articulated
in the simplest of terms which every sane human individual could
comprehend requiring the same necessities of life and similarly
vulnerable to harm where it is fundamental to be knowledgeable in such
matters of themselves and therefore fundamental to have a basic
understanding of everyone else.

The Golden Rule “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you” is
“The Spirit” of the law and a paraphrase of the words of Confucius 551
BC – 479 BC who was born to poverty and rose to dine with kings being
familiar with all walks of life and chose to walk the land amongst the
people as a philosopher putting what he had learned and knew to be
true to words of wisdom intended to be understood by all people
unequivocally for the betterment of all humankind.
“Do not impose on others what you would not wish for yourself”

Attentive to the consistency of sanity a person should be free to walk
down the street free of concern as to what a person they encounter may
believe is reasonable thought where every individual must be presumed
to be consistent and common in thought with each other in of and with
The Spirit” which has absolutely nothing to do with religion that is a
manifestation conjured from myths and deceptions by the powers that be
of State and Church (Religion founders) to suit their personal
interests.

The Golden Rule is consistent with sanity conducive to world peace and
harmony among all people being as fair as can be to every individual
consistent with the verbiage of the Charter, which is just a true
statement consistent to sane purpose where priority is to the safety
and wellbeing of every individual and society as a whole.

A belief founded on myths and deceit is not consistent with “The
Spirit” of the Constitution being at best a perception unique to every
individual of the near 7 billion people who populate earth.

In Canada a person is legally allowed to choose what they believe and
legally responsible to abide by the law where I reiterate priority is
to the safety and wellbeing of every individual and society as a whole
where stealing from, injuring or killing another is not a legitimate
recourse of any source of belief and simply intolerable in a moral
sane society.

As sane as every individual must be presumed innocent and in
compliance with the law one must cooperate with the enforcement of the
law to maintain the consistency of the presumption where a person
under the unfounded belief they needn’t cooperate with the police when
reasonable evidence has been presented to suggest otherwise the police
must be able to proceed in logical manner as warranted by the evidence
where the presumed suspect would be pleased to have the opportunity to
prove their innocence.

Belief is an inconsistency in itself with a mind of its own within its
own realm of religions, let alone inconsistent with the Constitution
having a mind of its own where priority number one must always be to
the safety and wellbeing of every individual and society as a whole as
guaranteed.

White supremacy groups are of the opinion they can believe whites are
superior where in fact because of the belief blacks became inferiorly
treated and thus made the fiction true.
Whites went over to Africa to terrororize the people taking captives
and bringing them back to sell to the people of the United States. to
work them as slaves.
No doubt they were not happy about this being treated as inferior
human beings and I am sure they would not be in cooperate move as any
one wouldn’t be.
They were out and out persecuted by the whites and yet white
supremists believe they are superior.

There are so many ignorant people in the world walking around with
the most marvellous brain with limitless capabilities of reason and
thought and yet such people obviously do not use them finding
themselves in hopelessness and despair needing to blame someone so the
black are vulnerable with many not too susceptible to be treated as
garbage naturally having their backs up.

People are people “Recompense injury with justice and recompense
kindness with kindness”

If there must be hate groups it must be the world populace who hates
white supremists, Klu Klux Clan whatever, and by all means whites.
They created the slave market and look how they treated the
aboriginals here in Canada that they are still stalling to make things
right.

When you have a serious look at it, and it really does not require a
lot of thinking, it was the wealthy that bought slaves and the
government condoned it, just like it was the government who treated
the Aboriginals unfairly.

Then you look at what the issues are about on the Charter Democracy
Force and you see the Governments don’t give a damn about any person’s
guaranteed Charter rights.

The unscrupulous powers that be of State and Church ( Religious
leaders) and their affluent and influential friends scratching each
others backs have always been the cause of the struggle of humankind,
and those days must stop.

In Canada it is unconstitutional as is a two tier system not
democratic but it persists.

Sanity must prevail consistently or it is beyond all reason and
purpose of communication.

2. Everyone has the following fundamental freedoms: (a) freedom of
conscience and religion; (b) freedom of thought, belief, opinion and
expression, including freedom of the press and other media of
communication; (c) freedom of peaceful assembly; and (d) freedom of
association.

There is so much ambiguity in section 2, when left to the weak mind is
disastrous and should be stricken from the Constitution.
In particular the weakest minded come from intelligent places such as
the Law Society of Upper Canada who are of the peculiar belief they
have superior rights over the entire population with a “Mightier than
thou and the law don’t give a damn about the individual’s guaranteed
Charter rights” attitude, which obviously stems from the fact there
has been no legislation put in place to ensure the provincial
governments administer and enforce the Constitution consistent with
the provisions of the Charter as guaranteed by parliament (federal
government) which is indicative of their attitude being consistently
devoid of conscience, thought and reason in “The Spirit” of the
Constitution.

“The Spirit” of the law is the aspirations attributed to God as
articulated by Jesus summarized as the Golden Rule that needs to go
platinum “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you”

There is no subject to or an exception as in s.1 and s.7 and it
certainly includes the government.

It is not only stated or implied in the Golden Rule and consistent
with other verbiage of the Charter but it is spelled out for the
intelligent but weak minded or I should say unscrupulous minded.

31. Nothing in this Charter extends the legislative powers of any body
or authority.
32. (1) This Charter applies (a) to the Parliament and government of
Canada in respect of all matters within the authority of Parliament
including all matters relating to the Yukon Territory and Northwest
Territories; and (b) to the legislature and government of each
province in respect of all matters within the authority of the
legislature of each province.
There is no exception that says unless the person is black, yellow,
red or blue then you can do what ever the hell you want to do as long
as you are white.

Maybe in such a case colours would be assigned priority level a, b, c,
d and so on where its okay for “a,” to harm b, c, d, and so on but no
one in the a, b, c, d categories can harm any one of the “a” class
however “b”, can do what they like to c, and or d, and …oh hell who
cares they can all do whatever they like to each other as long as
there is not “a” involved and then if such a situation is absolutely
necessary to resolve in court they can wing it in long debates and let
the taxpayer pick up the tab and mixed blood situations will be
particularly profitable.

S.15. (1) has it all covered anyway under without discrimination and,
in particular without discrimination

Consistency, consistency, consistency with the Golden Rule

In particular the weakest minded come from intelligent places such as
the Law Society of Upper Canada who are of the peculiar belief they
have superior rights over the entire population above the law where
they actually believe they do not have to give a damn about any
individual’s guaranteed Charter rights obviously stemming from the
knowing there has been no legislation put in place to ensure the
provincial governments administer and enforce the Constitution
consistent with the provisions of the Charter.

The letter from the DOJ dated January 22 2007 of which I have made
reference many times before, clearly states that.

I could expand on the obvious problem for ever and ever and it
certainly feels like I have already as it must seem to you people too
because I have.

The evidence and commentary published on the Charter Democracy Force
web site www.cdf.name and 10 affiliate sites has extensively and
irrefutably proven there is no consistency or continuity in either the
federal or provincial governments with the Constitution Act, 1982
which states or implies the government personnel involved with the
administering and enforcing of the Constitution must do so consistent
with the Constitution and in particular conducive to every
individual’s guaranteed Charter rights without discrimination,
implying competent responsible irreproachable government personnel
will administer and enforce it with fortitude and conviction.

The prodigious amount of evidence is overwhelming and irrefutable
their modus operandi is consistently not consistent with “The Spirit”
of the Constitution from the very first line of the Charter where the
M.O. is so incompetent beyond believable of just being incompetent
when they are highly educated and could not possibly mistake the
concept and Spirit of the Golden Rule where they obviously never
intended to support the individual’s guaranteed Charter rights.

How could they support the principle that recognizes the supremacy of
God with the most elusive concept- the rule of law- a well established
legal principle hard to easily define that protects the individual and
society as a whole?

Obviously consist with their “Almighty above the law don’t give a damn
about the individual’s guaranteed Charter rights” attitude
demonstrated by the Law Society of Upper Canada in the 2 part Law
Society of Upper Canada document.

The same attitude is demonstrated all the way through the documents
where the Attorney General’s are responsible to advise all the
government departments and agencies as well as ensure all laws are
legitimate consistent with the Constitution which obviously means they
are responsible to advise the government and agencies consistent with
the Constitution conducive to every individual’s guaranteed Charter
rights.

Their application of the law is precisely opposite of “The Spirit” of
the aspirations attributed to God as is the aspirations attributed to
the Devil His archenemy making the Government personnel involved with
the administering and enforcement of “The Spirit” of the law the
peoples archenemy.

I am sure you are all familiar with algebra enough to see the
equation.

The “Roles and Responsibilities of the Attorney General” along with
the letter from the DOJ dated January 22 2007 are conclusive that the
Attorney General’s federal and provincial are responsible as chief
legal advisors to assure the individual’s guaranteed Charter rights
are diligently supported as they are also the Guardian’s of the public
interest.

The evidence is so obviously clear that the best interests of the
people are not being looked after by the persons responsible to do so
and it is absolutely pathetic that the purported to be people’s
representatives did not stand up for the people.

Of course they have irrefutably proven that what Edmund Morgan
asserted as referenced in the book by Jonathan Swainger University of
British Columbia is true and it has been known for a long time.

The success of any form of Government is dependent on their
personnel’s adeptness to deceit and prevarication and in a democracy
it is necessary to have the people believe they have a voice and their
representatives are the people.

Well the deception is decidedly over and Edmund Morgan goes on to
mention something about their collapse.

The Federal Accountability Act enacted in 2006 by the Prime Minister
Stephen Harper along with the Minister of Justice and Attorney General
of Canada is irrefutable of their attempt to cover up their
irresponsible modus operandi incapable of supporting the individual’s
guaranteed Charter rights

I have tested various offices created under the Accountability Act
with the results absolutely no different than before they were created
providing just a small example of how much of the taxpayer’s money
they waste covering up their deliberate incompetence to support the
individual’s guaranteed Charter rights.

It is incalculable but humongously astronomical how much the taxpayer
has been ripped off and impossible to calculate just how many people
became victims due their failure to put a diligent modus operandi in
place with competent responsible irreproachable personnel with
fortitude and conviction to the support of the provisions of the
Charter.

The evidence consistently proves they have absconded with the people’s
government using the entire resources, structures and human resources
financed by the people to ransack them at will at every opportunity
where they are wide open with no department or agency for the people
to complain to.

That has also been irrefutably proven and the evidence published on
the Charter Democracy Force web site documents it in its entirety in
real time as it happened and has been provided to the prodigious
number of prominent Government personnel whose e-mail addresses are
listed in the AAAAALIST document and they have all been provided the
web site addresses.

They are all counting on me not being able to get the evidence out to
the people having control over the media but their beliefs are just as
unfounded as religious beliefs founded on myths and prevarication for
I am competent responsible and irreproachable with conviction and
fortitude increasing every day.

With more and more people reading the evidence everyday.

As gas and food prices increase all hell’s going to break loose where
you would have been far better off admitting before they come upon you
to accuse where it is not a matter of hearsay for the evidence is
available for everyone to see the deliberately absurd and most
pathetic inconsistency with the Constitution as demonstrated by the
government modus operandi documented by the CDF.

To ensure we are all on the same page I took the liberty to print out
certain words along with their definitions as provided by my Windows
XP computer operating system copied below to maintain consistency.

corporate conglomerates who scratch each others backs for wealth and
power and their “Almighty above the law don’t give a damn about the
