Wyong NSW IRTS Test V-Set?

Hello.
Whilst waiting at Wyong train station at about 12:45pm, a V-Set passed by, not stopping, with what I think said "IRTS TRAIN IN TEST. " stickers onthe windows.
It was a 4 train V-Set.
Any ideas?

I've seen two 'special' 4 car V sets (Parked up the back of Flemo).
One was labelled 'ETCS test train' and the other had 'ATP test train' on it.
Since I believe the plan is to use ETCS Level 1 to implement a new train protection system (ATP), both are testing the same thing. :-)
