Update of RCTCC Safety-Conscious Train Management Principles

Hello everyone,

The RCTCC is currently engaged in an update to it's Safety-Conscious Train
Management Principles and would like to invite all of you who are RailCorp
train crewing employees in a train operating role (ie. driver, guard, PSS,
etc.) to contribute to the update if you would like to.

Please visit the RCTCC website at "http://www.rctcc.org" and go the
'Principles' link. Review the material on the page and send your comments
to 'rc...@poison.rctcc.org' [remove 'poison.' to make it valid].
