has probably used an illegal frequency all this time.

perfectly valid licence for a frequency in the 450-470 Mhz range ( not
going to make it too easy for you to look it up).

Yes stupid they are listed 450.150MHz, UHFCB, but he dosent use any of the

Anyhow the ACA disagrees, look up the word in the ACA dictionary
"telementary". Kennedy will tell you that, he has 3 cautions already from
the Sydney regional office for using his 450Mhz link into channel 1 to
override, I will try and obtain copies of these reports/warnings and email
them to you if you desire ? I wont post them here due to possible copyright
breeches! If not, check with the ACA in Sydney. Speak with the insp who
handled the investigation he may be able to assist you with the finer points
of the regs.

recordings (About 20+ CDs in mp3 format) of kennedy, period +/- march 01 to

Building Belconnen ACT. It will probbarly cost a bit of money, but money

on JK's behaviour. I do believe to this day that at no time has a fine ever
been issued To JK.
Of late Greg from Menai has been repeatedly telling all that will listen
that the ACA is about to take action against JK, yet we have seen nil
activity in this regard.
I find the faith people have in the ACA to be the most amusing topic ever to
present itself in 30 years of radio. Let me enlighten you people on a simple
fact of life.
The ACA does not care about your CB Radio complaints. There are other
repeaters available should you not like the active operators on Ch 1. Look
at the people making the complaints.
1) Greg from Menai. Have you ever heard a more whining, sooky, childish,
insecure, spoilt, nausiating operator key up and transmit ? Honestly, the
guy appears on radio and starts force feeding everyone with his dribble. I
have never witnessed any operator try harder to gain the attention of JK and
theres been a very long line of butt rangers trying to do so over the years.
It wouldn't take long for an ACA inspector to tune in and work out the guy
is a perpetual pain in the penis eye.
2) Sean from Mortdale. This is the same guy that got so rattled one night he
made his wife drive him to the Kirrawee repeater site so he could plug in a
microphone and argue at 105 decibels in the middle of a residential area, in
the middle of the night. Have you listened to him of late ? To his credit
hes been quiet lately and hasn't been on air whilst intoxicated fighting
with anyone who is willing.
3) The general radio public. Listen to the radio and take note of the total
time that JK dispenses out his alleged harrassment. The majority of time in
the spectrum is taken up with sirens, moronic childish voices, carriers
droppers, deliberate intermod and interference and truck drivers 39 channels
from home as well as some distant transport drivers for BHP using subtone
out in St Marys. Lets not mention the construction workers, drain inspection
teams and 10yo kids with Uniden Family Communicators.
As for links, wouldnt you concider a person running 100 watts less than 2 km
from the repeater, mudding every operator with abuse, casting aspertions,
making threats and constantly making false and misleading accusations
against a person he supposedly fears so much, he took out an AVO against
him, a very similar if not worse case of poor conduct than simply talking
over an idiot via a link ?
Do you really think the ACA wants to pander the complaints of these people ?

In all fairness to the ACA, (and I don't dispute a lot of what you say about
them,) when push comes shove and they are armed with a complaint that
contains substance and merit, they will act.
But every case is treated on just that, its substance and its merits. And,
this is what I anticipate you are eluding to rather than just making a
blanket statement to the effect that the ACA never will act on any CB
complaints.

Thats very much what I was saying. The credibility of the plaintiff has alot
to do with the credibility of the complaint itself. The current state of UHF
communications in the public section of the spectrum is quite sad. I see
some efforts by the odd individual to rid us of the vermin that steal our
quality radio time with carriers and stupidity, but sadly most are willing
to just let the scum run the airways.
Whilst I dont agree with all of JK's methodology in removing the pests from
the air, I do see what he does as a means to an end in tidying things up. I
wish him luck in his efforts because the more of these idiots that get their
address announced, the less we have to tolerate them on radio.
These people complain about his "words". I am yet to hear JK seriously
threaten or ask someone to have a physical fight yet those that complain to
the ACA about his behaviour seek physical confrontation or at least allude
that they have the courage to do so. (thinking about Gregs premature
departure from Hurlstone Park McDonalds hahaha)
Where does the ACA draw the line in the sand and say enough's enough ? I was
listening to a conversation on CH1 this week and learned that Greg was in
fact at one time in possession of an Alinco radio. Correct me if I'm wrong
but that would be a direct entry amateur radio and I cannot imagine Greg
from Menai being the holder of an amateur license nor being a supervised
operator.
His buddy Deano admitted to having a Kenwood TK805 in his vehicle. These
people run 25-40 watt radios and cry victim because they get spoken over on
a link. Honestly, I shake my head in disbelief of the hypocracy that goes
on. I have heard this Deano imitate various radio "ratbags" such as
teletubby, impersonate Les from Bondi and repeatedly harrass other operators
like Winston from campbelltown by overriding their signal into the repeater.
Isn't this the "harrassment" these people are complaining about ?

their arms to stop the stone throwing.

Some would disagree, it was only about 8yrs ago the ACA in operations with
the NSW Police Anti Theft Squad did raids across Sydney and took possesion
of heaps of radio gear. Campsie Court was more like a big eyeball ! at least
30-40 ppl form all UHF and HF. They called it the domino effect, one gets
busted they all get busted ! LOL

Get your scanner back, Shaun/Sean/Peckar was arrested on or about the
27-12-02 for belting 7 people. 5 revellers and 2 police officers. A listen
on 468.500 indicated no less that 12 police officers and a dog squad to take
him into custody after getting into a brawl at the local (3 ppl to hospital)
and then wandering home. Peckar plead gulity on the or about 9-1-03 at
Sutherland local courts and was given a sentence reduction of 18mths Hard
labour (Hard labout basically is going to a Max Sec prison) and appealled
the severity to the district court which is up for mention either this
friday or next. Listen to some commercial repeaters around sydney and you
would hear all this including the recording of the police transmissions, and
still even in the lock up the guy gets mentioned constantly by the ch1
whingers, (whos the radio legend? they must hand out laptops , mobile
phones and unidens with the prison greens!).

I beleive its the way he hands it out that is the cause of the problems.
Certainly when he's stoned or boozed up would nt help the situation. Saying
ppl rape their kids, their kids are spastics, parents are on crack/smack,
sisters are whores at Kings X, they steal stuff and then wad out their
addresses and / or phone numbers of their relatives etc etc, isnt a very
productive way to handle the situation and would certainly inflame it?
And then when they return the same treatment to kennedy, you guys cry

The ACA reports and investigations (recordings) that were uploaded here and
are now all over sydney, indicated that kennedy was the main source of this
interference and / or his behaviour demostrates to the masses (and new users
or kids) this behaviour is acceptable on his repeater? Ask the other
repeater owners (across the state), what they think ? or go to the feild day
and find out what the masses actually think of kennedy and his ways? dont
forget kennedy used to "borrow" country repeaters about 10-15 yrs ago, some
of these ppl have elephant memories ! LOL

Report the individual to the ACA, at the very least they would check out the
equipment and the channels in it.
Strange, heaps of CBers went to that AVO Court Hearing (some probbarly to
belt kennedy ! LOL) to hear kennedys BS and he didnt show up, pissed the
Judge, Prosecutor and Cops off. The Judge dissmissed the matter and
referered to kennedy as a "doofus dickhead" for wasting everybodys time and
was considering ordering kennedy to pay all the witnesses expenses.
In light to the ACA proividing the recordings of Kennedy at the court, the
Police prosecutors are now considering charges of perjury on kennedy from a
previous court hearing ? in which he denied harrasing people, even his phone
records from his computer shop and mobile told a different tale than the one
he told in court! go figure.

I concede you are right and well informed on alot of things. But the facts
still remain. Hypocracy !!! It's a joke that some of these people complain.
I get in my truck every day and listen to Ch1 and 7 and cannot believe the
gall of the people complaining. The solution for these "hard done by"
citizens is simple, change the channel.
The CH7 repeater coveres the majority of the sydney metropolitan area, CH4
has excellent coverage in the western suburbs, CH3 covers the south west
adequately and CH6 looks after about 4 or 5 square kilometres up near
berowra with CH2 filling in some gaps. I know when i tire of listening to
CH1 i just reach up and change the channel.. hey presto.. no more whatever
is irritating me.
I ask you Andy... do you really, honestly think that if JK sold, lost or was
removed from CH1 that it would be any more usable for the "mud ducks" and
mobiles ?

Bit difficult if you are waiting for a call from someone or your only in the
service area of that repeater.
A better idea is simple, a step back in time, close down all repeaters and

Peter atkins ran the repeater for years at no site costs, he only had to pay
the license, same with peckars crew, free 100ft tower at kirrawee and only
license fees, how hard can it be with the right equipment, i.e fm815 tuned
to 21watts EIRP of course LOL ? But if your using the shitboxes kennedy
uses, sawtron 999 RX and having to change and/or retune the Kenwood TX PA
every month or so then it would be costly. especially with that grotty link
repeater so close also, grotty kenwood on RX and that grotty midland on TX
no wonder screwdriver king kennedy causes interference to the cops and the
cops intermod onto channel 1 when he uses it, the ACA may be stupid some of
the time but not all of the time ! LOL
Ask kennedy what he and bruce did to the Life saving repeater down at port
kembla ! they thought by retuning the diplexer on the SLSA rpt, channel4
UHFCBRS wouldnt get any more intermod from it ! a very costly mistake. LOL.
I dont think kennedy has ever heard of filters? not the type from dick
smiths, but rather cavity filters from RFI at least 6inch to 8inch.

In all the years I have been on radio, one pattern has emerged pertinent to
the so called "wackers" or politely put, radio abusers.
Most of these abusers for the most part do what they do because they want to
attract an audience for reasons of their own. Perhaps they have some
psychology need to be noticed...but that is another post for another thread.
Anyway, most of the time they succeed in attracting an audience because a
second group of operators come into play who are the perpetuators. So now we
have these abusers who instigate some kind of on air abuse and the
perpetuators who respond. It because an endless circle going around and
around.
The abusers appear with bait for the perpetuators who take the bait and as a
result "feed" the abusers by responding to them. The abusers bait, the
perpetuators respond, it feeds the abusers who give out some more, the
perpetuators respond back again and so on and so on. So back and fourth goes
the cycle.
The abusers are then achieving their desired end result of attracting
attention and creating havoc.
My point about all this is that sometimes the perpetuators are worse than
those (abusers) that instigate havoc on the air, because they just keep it
going by adding to it and fuelling it.
I say that if you want to reduce the amount of on air abuse then forget
those that are instigating the abuse. tackle the problem from another angle.
Instead of ridding the airwaves of these abusers, rid the airwaves of those
that perpetuate the abuse that it is being instigated by others.

nail on the head.
The ch1 repeater owner is his own worst enemy. By abusing and/or falsely
blaming people for certain ratbagging he fuels it further and/or creates
these characters. I imagine some of the so called decent ones would
monopolise on this also.
Strange how all the idiots dissappear from ch2 and ch7 all off a sudden, one
CBer noted that maybe the ch1 repeater owner kennedy was probbarly ranting
and raving on his rpt. Sure enough he was and attracted all the idiots from
2 other repeaters !
At least theres a postive side to this for ch2 and ch7 LOL.

BBQs (who hasnt been!) he had every Sunday. She hanged out with all the SES
crew that went there. I seen her a couple of years ago, not married and no
kids back then and she has put the pounds on.
Heaps of "ladies" on ch1 back then. They have dissappeared into history!
