Globalist whim is the serial killer of Australian
manufacturing. Somehow, silly little gay service
industries are expected to provide decent
employment for Aussies displaced by imported scab
labour. Media drones and "economists" haven't got
a clue. Australia's hopeless debt-bubble Ponzi
scheme economy is seething with globalist arse
parasites. This immigration racket delivers the
greatest misery and pays the lowest wages while
rewarding the cream of Australia's psychopaths.
The economics profession rarely addresses real
world functioning of markets. Theoretical
constructs and mathematical models represent an
abstract, fictional world in which individuals are
deemed equal. The real impact of inherited wealth
is ignored.

Australia now belongs to those with most cash.
Australian citizenship is being sold to wealthy
aliens. Australian citizens must wake up and
realize that their government has no intention to
protect their interests or nation. My thesis is
that since the damaging consequences of poverty
are profound and lasting, they can never be
justified by saying that the economy is making
some people very wealthy. Rising rents spur the
rush to own land in speculation. The genocidal
"Yellow Australia" ideology is totalitarian with
only one viewpoint allowed. The aim is to push
Anglo white citizens out of their communities by
deceit and against democratic principles.

Multicultural muppets listen for only what they
are told to hear; I listen to what I actually do
hear. So I am free to find out what is really
happening, and I can think about it. I'm no poor
pack-horse carrying an ideological load. Thanks to
mass immigration and globalism, the middle class,
for the past few decades, has been living on debt,
consuming on debt, surviving on debt and
speculating with debt. They will soon plunge into
a world they have never known: poverty. We are
hurtling towards an evil cultural black-hole
spawned by the chaotic madhouse mentality of the
global plutocracy. This cultural diversity
bullshit is not really a cuddly utopian philosophy
designed with our welfare in mind.

1. We have issues with Emerton J, amending her orders and or
judgements, according to (inter alia)
Charter of Human Rights and Responsibilities Act 2006 - SECT 26
Right not to be tried or punished more than once

26. Right not to be tried or punished more than once

A person must not be tried or punished more than once for an offence
in
respect of which he or she has already been finally convicted or
acquitted in
accordance with law.

2. We promise NOT to accuse her of incompetence according to

Charter of Human Rights and Responsibilities Act 2006 - SECT 24
Fair hearing

24. Fair hearing

(1) A person charged with a criminal offence or a party to a civil
proceeding
has the right to have the charge or proceeding decided by a competent,
independent and impartial court or tribunal after a fair and public
hearing.


3. We will look at her independence and impartiality instead.

4. We do not give Emerton J and the Supreme Court Victoria, consent to
amend her judgements and orders, and or to rerun our cases.

5. Emerton J failed to indicate any Act or rules that allow her to
make amendments to Final Orders.

5. Any changes will result in Citizens' Arrests for a conspiracy to
pervert justice according to the Crimes Act 1914.

6. Emerton J decisions will be appealed to the Court of Appeal
anyways.

7. We would like to thank Mr Bruce Chen and VGSO for officially
highlighting breaches of the Charter for the High Court.

We refer to the correspondence of Mr Chen dated 12 June 2013.

In light of the clerical error in the Orders made on 7 June 2013 in
the above proceedings, her Honour proposes to amend the Orders under
the slip rule in the following way.

In S CI 2013 00092:

The Applicant’s application for leave to appeal against the Orders of
the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal made on 13 and 14
December 2012 in proceedings R2012/4144 and R2012/9296, is refused.

and in S CI 2013 00093:

The Applicant’s application for review of the Orders of the Victorian
Civil and Administrative Tribunal made on 13 and 14 December 2012 in
proceedings R2012/4144 and R2012/9296, is dismissed.

If the parties have any issues with these amendments, please let us
know by close of business on Monday, 17 June 2013. Otherwise, the
Orders will be made.
