I am still deciding what to do. I was invited to a radio evvent
For me personally, that day is EXACTLY in the middle of my vacation, I'd
either have to cut 2 full days off of the beginning, or 2 full days off the
end of it (leaving only 2 days vacation, either way), to make it to that
day. It's not like it's just one day off the top, it's RIGHT smack in the
middle.
And although I am not super-excited about vacation either (I HATE TRAVEL) I
made a promise to my friends that I have broken every year for the past
decade, and this year they went WAY out of their way to arrange alot of
special stuff (for my dog mostly) so I don't back out this year. I can't do
that to them AGAIN.

I just got off the phone , and she tells me that day is horribly
inconvenient for others also. As it is, the 3 of people i know make up 50%
of the "guest list", so if we don't show up, it's pretty much just them
splittin' a whole hot dog lasagne between the 2 of them.

others had no advice to give, just threw hands up and shrugged shoulders.

Time for a poll: How bad do you think it would be if we all asked to change
the date and time to a less horrible one?
