radio info or circuit or maybe just a 'gidday ' from Australia.

That Username and Password was dropped a long time ago. You obviously

Yup!
Simon is correct on this. Seems someone decided to plaster the username and
password in a public BB ( a little similar to this but different format)
and it caused the site owner some grief from the Big M.
Plus at pretty much the same time there was also some agreement where by
Russia had to crack down on hackers / software pirates and the like
operating from within it's boundaries to be able to partake in some sort of
trade agreement.
A lot, if not all, of the Motorola CPS programs were removed from the site
as a result.
