Australia what the conditiosn of entry were for International

I don't think that is yet clear. I've been trying to find out what the
2 independent panels were supposed to have done but since neither of
them has anythign to do with Visas, I'm still at a loss. ATAGI only
gives advice and has no decision k=making power and God knows what the
Victorian panel was doing. And additionally, it seems that the Visa
application got a computer generated tick from the Feds so IMO, it's all
still as clear as mud. It does seem like the Tennis Aus group were
involved in the 408 visa application process somehow. Still lots more
meat to be found in this farce.
HOWEVER, I do think Morrson et all are takign advantage of an issue that
isn't passing the pub test and I can't blame them for that). So far it
seems that a human should have assessed the visa application rather than
a computer. I don't know enough about the process and I really couldn't
be bothered to ring someone I know who could tell me how it works.
official to Tennis Austrlai in November make it crystal clear that
having had Covid (at any time) is not a reason to be granted a visa. I
want to hear what was actually on his visa application (in detail) and
how/why that generated a computer generated visa for Novak. I'm nt sure
we'll ever get that level of detail, but I think that is central to this
saga.

I don't think that is yet clear. I've been trying to find out what the
2 independent panels were supposed to have done but since neither of
them has anythign to do with Visas, I'm still at a loss. ATAGI only
gives advice and has no decision k=making power and God knows what the
Victorian panel was doing. And additionally, it seems that the Visa
application got a computer generated tick from the Feds so IMO, it's all
still as clear as mud. It does seem like the Tennis Aus group were

country. But when you actually arrive in the country, Border
Force requires you to prove that you have complied with the
conditions we require for entry to this country by visitors.
We require visitors to be fully vaccinated or to have a valid
medical exemption to vaccination. Once he had arrived in
this country, he could not satisfy Border Force that he did
have a valid medical exemption and so his visa was cancelled
and he was detained, prior to being forced to leave the country.
He then got his local lawyers to appeal the visa cancellation.
