Hello.

******* BEWARE *************

The very famous website www.Eatability.com.au relies on
the public (ie: volunteers) to upload reviews of restaurants.

However, it only lets people upload only GOOD reviews, and censors
bad
reviews.

Basically, Eatability's incomes is derived entirely from restaurants
and advertising.

They do not want anyone to publish any bad things about any
restaurants on this site. They are fully aware of they are doing,
and
do not even attempt to hide it.

It is a very bad way of treating Volunteers like me who dedicate my
time to giving them reviews for $0 money, only for them to censor any
that say the honest truth about a diner.

I have since deleted *ALL* my reviews for all restaurants. They can
basically go suck dick, as far as I'm concerned.

Just be aware of the unobjective & very biased reporting on this
site.

Here is what they say:

MY EMAIL TO THEM:
"Hello.

Why was my review for KB Thai removed:

http://www.eatability.com.au/au/sydney/k_b_thai_take_away/

It was there for 4 days, and then suddenly removed.

I realize your income is derived entirely from restaurants and
advertising.

However, you have to take the good with the bad.

If you remove unfavourable reviews, I will stop writing *ANY* reviews
at all and inform all the food newsgroups I am on (and I am on
plenty)
that eatability.com.au purposefully includes "nice" reviews but
CENSORS bad ones about a restaurant, if a restaurant owner doesn't
want to hear the honest truth.

It's just not on.

Take Care,

Noodle

EATABILITY's RESPONSE ONE WEEK LATER:

"
Dear Sir

We at eatability have the right to publish or not publish any review
as the site is owned by "eatability"

There are certain guidelines every review has to meet and at times
some reviews do not pass this stringent guidelines.

I can see you have been writing reviews for us in the past and I hope
you continue to do so in the future.

Best regards,
