Once again, the NSW appeals court has spit in the face of our state
Parliament by reducing the sentences of two more of these animals.

Hopefully NSW voters will now realise that Labor promises on
law-and-order mean absolutely nothing, since they are unwilling or
unable to write the required legislation to back up their tough talk.

A sentence reduction for two convicted rapists has devalued the victim
and made a mockery of the justice system, victims support groups say.

The NSW Court of Criminal Appeal today cut the sentences of Dudley
Mark Aslett and Steven James Aslett, who tied up the parents of a
16-year-old girl before raping the teenager at knifepoint.

I'd vote for the political party that places 100% convicted rapists chained
in dark, cold concrete cells with bread and water - together with their
nutcase supporters.

It seems that all criminal cases are reduced on appeal on the grounds
that the first judge "erred" in some way. If that is the case, then
all our judges need to be sacked for incompetence.

Thanks for that completely superfluous proof of
what a terminal fuckwit you have always been.

Their sentences were excessive to begin with. Rape has never warranted
sentences comparable to murder. And nor should it. Rape is about the
same level of seriousness as any other kind of assault (ie. being
robbed). Should someone get 40 years for punching you in the face and
taking your wallet? 5 years, maximum.

Sex is nothing to the modern woman except a means to manipulate men.
Women don't save themselves for marriage anymore, they give it away
freely to the highest bidder. In this environment, rape has all but
lost any meaning. The only thing injured is a woman's pride and her
ability to damage men.

Nobody supports rape but 40 years for rape is ridiculous. 30 years is
ridiculous. A woman takes what, 6 months to get over it at most? Most
women are over it, apart from the bruised ego, in a matter of days.

A guy should lose 30 years, basically his entire life, for paying her
the ultimate compliment?

Women do not value sex (or love) anymore, it's only a means through
which they manipulate and control men. Rape breaks that control, so it
can be a good thing for them both. You might even say it's liberating
for the woman, and it certainly does men a favour. Rape is no more
serious a crime than any other kind of violent assault, and you don't
see guys getting 40 years for getting in a punch up, do you?

I agree.

Unlike you, though, I believe the answer is to increase all sentences
to bring them into line with the realistic sentences that are given for
Rape.

30/40 years for a serious violent assault (or gang-raping a 16-year-old
in front of her parents) and life for anything more serious.

It's about time criminals were extirpated from society - completely.

I'm sick of all the fucking-around with this rubbish like trying to
turn criminals into decent citizens - if they were decent citizens,
they wouldn't be criminals, and criminals do not change.

The legal system should be there to provided restitution for the
victims and proper punishment for the criminals.

If I had my way you'd get the death sentence for smoking a joint or
shoplifting. We need to thin the population (especially of druggies and
criminals) and prisons are fucking expensive.

The Asians are leading the way, like always.
