As a distinguished horticulturalist you are quite affected by the present
Terrible Drought spreading all over Australia now ! ... with the quite
invisible concomitant salt invasion, of which one day I may explain to you
the mechanism. Not at all as the Officialdom pretends indeed, and the proof
of it, is their inability to explain the real action of chemical fertilisers
leading to completely fraudulent values of increased yield. Indeed none has
ever told you about the immediate shift of the sap physical parameters ( on
chemical fertilisers poisoned environment then ) towards the sweet / salty
quadrants i.e. Oxidised/ Reduced & Alkaline. The clear result is to make
such plant palatable to bugs and contributing to their uncontrolled
developments, which the reaction of crude observers is to fight ! ... While
another approach is to maintain the sap acidic or clearly sour / bitter and
control hence the pest proliferation and consecutively pesticide are not
needed etc with a chain reaction leading to Alzheimer and all sort of other
goodies . A whole program, which I have researched at depth indeed, besides
my outstanding discoveries in the field of Geology. !
All this to say, that the salt invasion of which Australian population is
going to suffer more and more, can only inverted by simple methods yet
completely unknown by the present brainwashed Universities fools ! Hopeless,
indeed as any person of common sense can see !
You are all in the midst in one of Australia worst drought in History
indeed, and I have to tell you clearly that it is going to worsen to
incredible proportion during the coming winter !!! ... and right up to my
return to the Land of which I AM AN IRREFUTABLE MINING PIONEER !

Criminals who to all intent and purpose were wanting my death, since I was
getting on their way to enjoy peacefully their Telfer Mine bounty acquired
by incredible financial legerdemain, smart wheeling & dealings, most heinous
misdemeanour and plain deceit ! Since that time 33 years ago, they have
received all credit, prestige and financial rewards resulting of their
fraudulently acquired control over the largest Gold Mine of Australia : The
Telfer Mine ! I On the other hand, the Australian Mining Pioneer and
Discoverer of all the Great Sandy Desert Richness, received only from the
very beginning mockery, insults and poverty !. bestowed by the very same
people who not only defrauded him, but as well thousands of innocent Narla
& Day Dawn shareholders.
The case of the 100 billions Telfer Mine Swindle is well established, and WA
Attorney General The Hon T.D Evans required a Royal Inquiry into that
affair, backed up by the ALP of the time, and as you know it well a Royal
Inquiry cannot be limited. AND THAT ROYAL INQUIRY, I WANT IT NOW !
Until indeed I am restored into my rights, and full apologies have been
presented to me by the Mining Criminals & their Political Supporters, I am
afraid to say that things are not going to improve at all in Australia . to
say the least At the present time you may observe a strong decrease of
the water table reserves, with an uncontrolled lowering of the level which
is going to reach at Winter Solstice more than 10 m below average ! The
consequences on the vegetation, and population on the surface may then be
quite anticipated ! .. especially regarding the forest still not gone in
smoke ! Again the explanation of the phenomena is simple to understand, but
completely beyond the reach of those brainwashed fools masquerading as
geologists at the present time, with all their imbecile Glaciations,
Continental Rafting & other Orogenesis in solid phase etc Theories ! In
brief the feeding of water table has two sources :
1) The Vitellius cycle by the name of the Roman scientist who developed
it, and known as well as the apparent cycle of water.
2) The true origin of water being created in continuous by the
alchemical transformation of heavier atom in lighter ones at depth over 500
km . and emerging under the continents in steam then stream until reaching
impermeable rock formations, and coming out as artesian basin.
Unfortunately none of that water is reaching Australia anymore, and it won't
be indeed until I am back in Australia since this is my firm intention to
return now ! . and this is News !
BUT WHEN I RETURN THIS WILL BE AT MY OWN CONDITIONS, AND THE MINING
CRIMINALS WILL HAVE BITTEN THE DIRT PREVIOUS TO IT !
Further still there is now a refusal of the Mineral Kingdom in all mines of

collaborate with Heathens adoring JIC sects godly spooks, may I ask you Mr
Speaker ? Why should the Mineral Kingdom collaborate with the Semite JIC
sects frauds of Jews, Islamists and Christians who consider it without
respect ! while in fact intrinsic part of it ! At the present time in
Australia, and in all mines the Mineral Kingdom, upon my request to my
God, is just doing the opposite than expected, and you may check on that if
you wish. In less than a few month all Australian Mines should be brought to
a halt, as well as all the Mining Criminals ' Mines in the World ! But, I
am sure you will agree this is highly proper and a just return of things ! A
typical and marvellous case of Immanent Justice at work ! Isn't it ?
I am sure like quite a few people in Australia, you may not be aware of that
great injustice being perpetrated since 30 years ! Nevertheless at this
point of time, since so many have been involved in that Denial of Justice
over so many years, it is fit that it should be called a collective Crime
and appropriate that it should bring collective Punishment of the kind I
have described. Won't you agree ?
Contrarily to most people of the world, I am someone who completely freed
myself from the Semite JIC Sects mind conditioning of acceptance and
forgiving. In clear, I consider the Cosmic Laws as my guide, and not a
single word of that personal letter to you and to all the Australian

what is happening to Australia since 6 years and worsening still to the

As a matter of fact I WANT NOW to be back in Australia by 14th of October
next, which is the 34th anniversary of MY DISCOVERY OF ALL THE GREAT SANDY
DESERT MINING POTENTIAL. I wish it could be sooner but an unexpected
complication had come in my way. Indeed some years back upon being most
viciously insulted by former WA Premier, that young pretentious Richard
Court, son of Sir Corrupt Court indeed, I immediately flung back in his face
all my legal Australian citizenship documents care of the Australian Embassy
in Paris. Renouncing in step to my Australian citizenship then. However
beginning of last week, upon questioning the Australian Embassy in Paris so
as to get a visa back to Australia, I learnt to my amazement that I was not
needing a visa since I was still an Australian citizen. Apparently the
procedure of renunciation is a complex one, which I did not follow and to
the better after all. However I have to fill in paper to get evidence of
that citizenship from Canberra and it will take at least 2 months according
to the Embassy, added to the one month needed to get the Australian
passport, you understand then why I can't be in Australia before September
at the earliest ! You must understand then that the Drought has to worsen
until that time . until I am back indeed !
However as said before, it will be at my conditions and in clear by the
implementing of the Royal Inquiry Required by Attorney General Evans into
the Newmont / Newcrest & BHP 100 Billions now Telfer Mine Swindle ! . and
the return without conditions of the Telfer Mine properties to its legal
owner. As Mr Picton Warlow QC of Perth, my former lawyer said it very
clearly :
"Anything acquired by deceit has to be reverted to original owner"
This is this Royal Principle, concerning the pending Royal Inquiry into that
affair, which is the basis of my claim. An agreement signed in New York
between the Mining Criminals and myself had only as aim of being just that,
demonstrating on one part being recognised as the Discoverer of Telfer Mine
and not clearing a single cent out of it ! It follows that those Mineral
Criminals will be weighted at their own scale from now on, and my
intransigence will be at the measure of their boundless greed and hideous
dishonesty.
An alternative does exist however and it is outlaid in the mail sent to
Newmont Chairman Wayne Murdy in Denver 29th of April last. It calls for the
immediate acceptance of a 3% free carried interest on the Telfer Mine, the
immediate purchase on my behalf of a Beech Premier I for my return to
Australia, and the immediate payment of course of damages which run
presently at one USD million a year over 33 years, and the payment of all
interest and interest on interest indeed according to their standards ! If
this solution was enforced on the Mining Criminals by all Australian States
and Federal Government, I could be in Australia very much sooner ( depending
on the paper work and the return of my Australian Passport of course )
This could mean clearly as well, dear Mr Speaker, the end of the tunnel for
that 6 years duration Terrible Australian Drought ! . and indeed as I see
it clearly, all coming problems are in fact going to compound each other
until the very day of my return to the Land I loved so much. Be convinced of
it, if you may ! So, may be the sooner is the better ? And independently of
the fact that I should be at Telfer Mine on the 14th of October next too,
the date anniversary of the discovery of that immense Mineral Deposit by a
young man of 30 and of exceptional physical courage and Geological
intelligence indeed ! . that exceptional courage and intelligence have not
left me wanting since, and this why in the long distance those Mining
Criminals and my definitive personal enemies will climb into that cartload
bound for the Gallows !!! . And My God, the Great Pan, will stands by me !

This email is to advise you, that I will be contacting the Newmont Chairman
direct by letter this very week, regarding my planned return trip this year
in Australia,
as Proprietor of Telfe Mine.
A legal owner of that Mine indeed, according to the Divine Principle that :
"Anything acquired by deceit has to be reverted to original owner"
This is this Principle which was quoted by Mr Picton Warlow QC of Perth,
concerning the pending Royal Inquiry into that affair.
In that mail, will be enclosed a pro-forma invoice of USD 5,713,580
corresponding to the purchase of my own Beechcraft Premier I, which will
take me back to Australia.
This will be indeed the first, and compulsory step, and mark of goodwill on
your part, towards the settlement of that Immense multi-billions Telfer Mine
Swindle.
By the way, my free-carried interest share in that Mine, as Discoverer
indeed, will be 3% due to the 30 years delay, to be worked out from 30 years
back of course.
As I have indicated on aus.ng , this affair is going to be settled this very
year, and since you at Newmont are monitoring everything I say there,

be to the finish.
