Not knowing if our posts are going out to the wider community, could a
non-optusnet customer please email if they see this post? At the very least
it will confirm our optusnet posts are going out and, that we simply aren't
seeing any inbound.

Thanks Erik. They seem to be working on it today. From what I can tell, no
posts went out or in until today. It's still sporadic but it's apparently
being worked on.
