try 10 different ones is the best way to find out.

Generally it is a software program to configure your connection if you have
configured it to run slowly,with a marketing scam to follow saying it
boosts your speed which in all sense is crap.

one single HTML page could explain how to setup an Internet connection step
by step rather than what a program dose for $80 and alot of hassle.


about the only way to speed up a connection truly is a proxy caching server
however being on speed limited lines defeats alot of it.
There are free caching servers avilable to connect to however you normally
end up getting old content and for sites that are not very often visited by
the users of the caching server and it can take a very long time to
download the page that none has ever visited before.
