Are TISM not concerned with anonymity anymore? Last night's credits had
all their real names:

Damien Cowell
Peter Minack
John Holt
Eugene Cester

I know about Peter Minack who is Hitler Barassi, cause his picture was
in a recent Rolling Stone promoting a novel he had just written. Does
anyone know about any of the others and their day jobs, and who they are
in the band?

At a guess:

John Holt - Jock Cheese
Eugene Cester - Eugene De La Hot Croix Bun

Didn't notice this last night. I hope this hasn't ruined the whole TISM
experience for me.... naaahh. They're performance was pretty cool I
thought.

My brother had one of them as an economics lecturer. Can't remember which one.

One of them is a doctor.

Cheers

A bit like the Johhny Deisel -Jennfier Kyte thingo. Everyone seems to know someone who was
either a student of, a patient of, a whatever of, a member of TISM.

Well, here is mine, we walk our dog with a member of TISM in the local park.

Don't tell them that is your favourite album of theirs, they were quite
disappointed with much of it.

(But I agree that I still was a fantastic album despite their reservations)

Hey, can you tell me which Rolling Stone it was? I actually quite
liked his book and I'd like to see the article.

Also folks, you'll be going to see them live if you live on the east
coast... right? (But if you're in SA, WA, Tassie or god-forbid Darwin
you can get stuffed!)

Tour dates and some new articles may be seen at TISM Self Storage -

cheers, Barbara

I don't remember the actual issue number, but it was one of their 'Hot'
issues. You know, how they do 'Hot' movie, and 'Hot' new artist, etc.
from last year.

I used to work with the girl that did their costumes.
Only ever made it to one of their gigs though, much to the fascination of
one young man who told me with a dissaproving look thatI looked old
enough to be his mum.
I told him "there's a reason for that,I am old enough to be your
mum"after which he decided I was OK to talk to.

Exsqueeze me? Is this the same Damian that writes for Inside Sport, is
a copywriter at MMM, and is *also* in TISM??? Christ, he DOES get
around. (Rumour has it that he also used to be a high school teacher
at Croydon High, so if you went there you'll have to rack your brains
to work out who it was.)

Also, thanks very much to Herman Blume - I found the Rolling Stone
issue even before you posted your message, simply by going to
Brunswick Library and taking the first issue off the top of their
stack of dog eared RS's... and it was the right one! Hooray!

Finally, there's a few interesting additions to TISM Self Storage in
the articles section, go have a look -

I'm particularly proud of that inspirational poster.
