I didn't stick around to see the end of the race... but i did mention to my
fiance that i thought that yellow GSXR was absolutley flying!

nah ! They crashed at turn 9 ( like most teams ) but rejoined with a bent
brake lever

I didn't realise that we were 40 something off the start line after the push
start.

Push starting the bike on the line meant we go to stop & go penalty. We were
the first team to get one & the last team to be offically warned for speed
in the pits.
