I am looking for a motorcycle stand that would allow me to push/slide a
bike sideways against a wall for easy storage.

Any ideas?

Something like this could be made up.

anderson make a rear stand with castors that allow sideways movement

there is another stand around somewhere that goes under a centre stand
for same movement

Now you have me thinking for the DR650 as well!
:-)
I have found I was searching with the wrong word.
Instead of "motorcycle stand" I had better luck with "motorcycle trolly"
