What's happening in NSW. MCC members retiring

I hear that Guy Stanford is retiring as are other notable persons on the NSW
MCC.

Has the old guard had enough? What are the up and coming reps like?

I also hear that a VMAC type council to help the NSW government with policies
related to motorcycling was mooted by the MCC rejected it.

Is this true and if so, why?
