i am not up to date with the new dodgy immigration laws

It's a scam, the points system is designed to allow almost anyone who is a
graduate to get within a few points of the total, then they need something
else on top, to push them over the limit, its worth five points to speak a
community language which essentially any language other then English. To put
into perspective, to get five points in an other way requries a A$100,000
investment.
