Meanwhile, back at the ranch, tension mounted... and rode off.

Meanwhile, back at the ranch, there was a rustle in the bushes... Russell,
get out of the bushes.

Meanwhile, back at the ranch, there was a tap on the window.. what a silly
place to put a tap.

Simple jokes amuse simple minds. Anyone know any more ??

Meanwhile back at the ranch Stretch ahd shot up the sherrif. They
could not arrest him because he was within the law..

I heard that as: got his knob shot off.

Meanwhile back at the ranch, Annie Oakley, disguised as a pillow, got
stuffed.
