Hi all,
Just letting you know I have added a few more DTS cd reviews to my site.
I have also added a sample to download and play on your system in the
unofficial DTS audio cd section. As I can only fit 1 sample at a time
(around 6 meg) please let me know if you would like a sample of anything
else and I will do my best to put it on for you.

I really had to say this, I think your review of the Police "Every Breath
You Take" was a bit on the harsh side.

As a suggestion when you finally finish DTS-CDs why not have a crack at
music DVD-V DTS discs or even branch out and do DD as well. I for one (and
my wife for that matter)have bought some absolute "CRAP" lately. e.g. ACDC
live in Madrid, Alice Cooper Brutally Live and the Cranberries Live in
Paris - this my wife bought and it is a real drink coaster of the first
magnitude even the menu gives me the dirts.

Further to this I don't know what any regular NG reader thinks but how about
some sort of public forum or comments section on your site for each review.
You have been fairly consistent with your reviews of the discs I have heard
but it is nice to have other peoples perspective as well. Hence I do think
you were a bit harsh, as above. As my wife would says about me "When I am
harsh I am being nice, when I am critical I am being brutal!"

Regards TT

PS Before I get flamed by the group. Crap- poorly recorded, poorly
performed, dreadful video, bad channel mixing or a large combination of all
4. Although Alice's drummer does do a real top drum solo, pity the crowd
spoiled it.

Are you talking about his review of "The Classics"? Overall I
thought his review sounded positive. Perhaps he changed it after
you made your suggestions. His only negative comment was about
De Do Do Do, De Da Da Da which isn't one of my favorites anyway
so I didn't care what they did with it.

If anything I would have been more harsh... separating percussion
into the different channels is *NOT* an effect I enjoy. It sounds
stupid to have snare and bass in front and hi-hat in the rears.
This sort of thing was used way too heavily in Don't Stand So
Close to Me.

On the other hand, Every Breath You Take is brilliant and worth
the cost of the disc alone. :)
