Wow. I watched the movie. It's a wonderful view of the seriousness of snuff and the background of snuff films but it is violent. If you can sit through it and not cringe, as I did, I will personally buy you a drink. Seriously.

Once you understand the basis of what it is (pornographic snuff), it makes it easier to understand. Quite frankly, and maybe im just psychotic, but this was not nearly as bad as i read about. Maybe it just takes a mature mind. I wouldnt watch it again, but it was not cringeworthy to me.
As for this newborn porn scene, i didnt understand what really happened until i read about it. I had an idea, but not a full enough one to safely assume. All in all, its messed up on all levels, but quite frankly, i could still watch worse.
