Art/Painting question.

Yeah well, I know this newsgroup is full of art lovers so her goes...I'm
trying to find a picture of a painting done around about the mid-twentieth
century and it depicts two people kissing, but their heads are covered with
towels. Its sort of surreal I guess. I went looking for a suitable art
newsgroup but couldn't find anything so I thought I'd ask here - at least I
might get some amusing abuse. But then again, perhaps not.

Don't know it but have you tried Google, using the Images tab at the top?

Dmacka you're an absolute GENIUS ! Renee Magritte is the artist and once I
read the name my memory pinged. He did 2 paintings with a similar 'covered
head ' theme and I found them in a few clicks. His other work is also very
thought provoking.
