From the above article, here are some lessons to be completely
anonymous and send bomb threats:

1) Don't use Google's GMail - Google seems to give access to anyone
and everyone who wants it, all by simply saying the words "I am a NSW
Police Officer" (despite Google not needing any verification).

2) Don't send it from any Library on the NSW-based Gosford City
Council network (Kincumber Library is on the Gosford City Council
LAN), as they give up all details & camera footage without
Subpoena's.

3) Always check for cameras in any public library/shopping centre/
internet cafe, and do not send any death threats from such a place.

Does anyone know of any Public Internet terminals in NSW which meet
the above criteria, and are *TRULY ANONYMOUS*?

Not yet, but I'll let you know when I do so you can get on with your bomb
threat/hoax extortion attempt.

Actually...

Does anyone know of any FREE EMAIL services hosted by PRQ?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PRQ

They ignore all Subpoenas and do not reveal information.
