Typically excellent Eastwood movie , he plays the grumpy old fart well
Well worth the admission if you like American Baseball background stories

I like movies about baseball way more than baseball, so maybe I'll check it out. I've been a bit wary of Clint since he lost that argument with that chair last year, feel a bit bad for him, though I still love a lot of stuff he's done even fairly recently

if David Bowie had done it, you'd be all "a masterpiece of surreal mime!
five stars!"

I doubt that , apart from beinga little weird once and almost
innovative 40 years back Bowie is currently quite boring and mundane

It does get a little trite occasionally but still enjoyable mostly and
not like it requires a 163 iq. to follow the plot

If Bowie had done it in his prime, he would have had sex with the chair, set it on fire, cut the ashes into lines and then snorted them. These days he has someone else do the 'work' to the chair, then he passes it off as an Queen Anne original and invests the proceeds in stem cell futures and botoxariums

Sandro - and as if any of us would be praising any form of 'mime'. That's, that's just wrong, man
