of the Adelaide Hills really DO care about refugees and their

Woodside does NOT reflect the VAST majority of Hills residents , most
of whom are PROUD descendants of earlier refugees from the founding of
the settlement

The grumpy old men , and oldman kangarooistan , reserve the seats at
the lower part of the hill so take care he has been known to "bite
racists" and politicians when unchained , so approach him at your
own risk , its a public park , first in bested dressed IMHO , but
there is PLENTY of room for all , we dont need bookings or to
compete with each other for location , its a HUGE park , bring a
blanket or chairs and BYO picnic , share your ideas and plans with
friends , AND or show solidarity with those who do welcome Refugees
to our district , and always have , we may get a few protesters but
let them have a say IF they want , WE know we have the numbers , 90%
plus support refugees if given time to attend and SHOW their support ,
PLEASE take a stand so the WORLD can see what we are REALLY like ,
REMOVE this vile stain from our PROUD history , most Hills residents
are descended from refugees

weeks notice , so tell ALL your friends ASAP, bumper stickers
available from oldman on Saturdays at noon in mount barker library ,
wear purple ribbons seems to be very popular but not compulsory , and
lets ALL show the world what WE the peoples of the Adelaide Hills

The grassed areas are all available , , we dont need to ask to
use a public park , but HAVE notified council and WILL notify police
in due time as well , note car parking WILL be limited , use public
transport its not far to the regular metro bus service every half
hour to and from Adelaide and the many towns between , we MAY organize
or book buses if need be , from towns that request it , AT COST

Its an IDEAL location , all we need including public transport ,
toilets at either end and farmers market shops shade all designed
for use of families , by the local council for public use FREE , and
time of year is GREAT weather most years, its a Peramangk tradition
from way back to meet at this time of year at this spot , its OUR park
and OUR day , WE WILL BE HEARD IN CANBERRA , and show the WORLD what
Adelaide Hills residents REALLY think , you wait and see how far Im
