The people who believe it will also probably believe the fake
capacity that the drive shows in the OS, so unless they fill it
up to its actual capacity right away, they won't notice until
later (when they might assume a fault rather than that they've
been scammed).
It always amazes me how many positive feedbacks such listings get,
even when a few have demonstrated that the item's a fake.
Rechargable batteries with inflated capacity figures is another
example that I've seen there.
