Except Trevor, your country has the same law and while it only applies
to cases before your own courts this law is intended to give a bloke a
fair go while we presume that he is innocent.

Now let the next clown have a fair trail before the hanging so that
his lawyer, (why is it that most of the computer origntated crimes
are mostly done by guys) doesn't start quoting the Internet as a reason
for a mis-trail or acquital

Arrested Wrongly huh???? well, wasn't it you that conned me into handing over the password file
of a local Sydney provider a couple of years ago when I didn't have a clue what it was all about?
Just believing that you were a great person. Then for you to drop me in the S**T for it.
Then breaking into my account as well as many others on that service provider. You were guilty
then so on past experience then I tend to agree with my fellow net heads that you have that look
about you.
Now it time for me to tell the others out there that you a filthy con.
Not to mention the people that I entrusted to your tutorlage and then you go and abuse there
accounts too.
REMEMBER YOUR younger days of credit card fraud ????

Yep. Every cop has nothing better to do than just join in on the
`Skeeve-Conspiracy'.....right.

What a lovely thing the press is...protecting the rights of innocent
children and credit card users.

Try the local primary schools, kindergartens, scout halls, childrens
hospitals, strip joints....

>nice to know all you assholes who assume guilt before a chance to prove
>innocence.... so now your all believing anything the AFP (FBIequiv) says?

I believe my own eyes. When the credit card theft story broke it's funny
how EVERY news story featured an interview with Skeeve Stevens...Internet
Consultant...prattling on about how insecure the ISP was... Gee. I guess
there wasnt a single other `expert' out there to be interviewed, eh?

You knew sooooo much.....

There's a phrase that applies to you, Skeeve..something about a dog's
hind leg or something...

>without question.... automatically assume its true....

I say it, so it is true.

>wonder if you know anyone that was arrested wrongly...

I know a crook when I see one. BTW: You still havent denied having the
kiddie porn on your HDD when arrested. Just because they didnt have a law
applying to paedophile material in data form doesnt mean you're not bent
as. Im locking my son up until your next speel in court, matey.

>Im pleading not guilty to every charge, and the feds case is weak as anything

Sounds like yours is to me....

>I have the full support of my employers and friends... even some aspects
>of the media..

Yeh, I see them all jumping to your defence. Im being stampeded in the
`Free Skeeve' stampede....Get real...you're toast porn-boy. You'll be
married to a man called `Rock' and giving nightly blowies for cigarettes
before you know it.

>court is going to be next June/august some time..... wait till then please
>before you judge me.

The verdict of `Joe Public' is in. Kiddy porn is the lowest. You never
even denied possessing it. You got off on that charge because there was
no precedent but the big stuff is still to come. Here come da judge...
