ACCC wants to examine it's own irrelevance ... in an NBN dominated world

Does anyone know anymore which department the ACCC falls under?
If the buggermint is going to nationalise telecommunications - even if
it takes twenty years - why bother regulating it?
They could save $40m (the ACCC budget) by spending $40b - par for the
ALP course.
