I finally got my 8810 PARTIALLY working with the new tones and graphics
!!!!!! *YAY* ... only problem is that I dont have a MESSAGE CENTRE NUMBER
that supports 8bit SMS ??????

The number I have in my phone is +61415011501 -- which does not support 8
bit SMS .. apparently VODAFONE Australia does have a number that does
support it ???

Thats not an SMSC number. Its the number you call with a PC and Modem to
send SMS.
VodaFones SMSC number is +61415011501
As far as i know VodaFone doesn`t support 8 bit SMS, But i have herd of
some people doing it....
