All:
I'm looking to move from a Ford BF cab chassis to FG cab chassis. I want to
put the tray (and tow bar) from my BF onto the FG. I'm guessing they are the
same, but does anyone know (with certainty!) if they are the same chassis?

Thanks in advance..

If Ford's ute history is anything to go by it'll have the same chassis
for the next 20 years

call a ute body supplier(MMM etc.) and ask them, they'd know

I did, coz thats where the original heavy-duty tray on my BF came from :),
and the guy I spoke to wasnt too sure. I dont want to be lumbered with a
ford sardine can tray if it wont fit onto the BF....

There's very little difference between them that I can see, and if your tray
didn't fit using exactly the same bracketry then it'd take all of half an
hour to make it fit.

Thanks to all who replied.. I spoke to Triple M Holdings in Brisbane, who
manufactured the HD tray on my BF, and they seemed assured it's be a
straight swap. Ford dealer seemed positive as well, so it's a few stubbies,
a few mates, one saturday arvo, and job's done!

Thanks again..
