Yes, just about any automotive paint place should
be able to mix you up some paint, if you give them
your paint-code.
You're aware that the results of using those cans
isn't very professional-looking, aren't you?
They're OK for little bits of trim, underbonnet
parts that don't get hot, etc; but a late-model
Falcon may look rather dorky if you're planning on
doing anything other than a really small area. :)

On the contrary Forg.....you can't tell the difference when they are wielded
by somebody who knows what they are doing.
Your right though about only good for small areas.............motor bike
fuel tanks and other smallish items can be made to look awesome.

Never used the stuff -- seeing the usual woeful results is enough!
I'm also guessing that the main reason it's only available for older
cars is that the modern ones are generally finished in low-bake enamel
and the trend is to repair them with 2-pack urethane, which is vastly
superior to the old acrylic lacquer (which is probably what's in the
cans).
If you're serious about DIY it might be worth a look at just how
cheaply equipment capable of producing professional results can be
bought these days. There are plenty of acceptable quality (Taiwanese)
suction feed touch up guns available for around the $50 mark. Of
course you'd also need a clean regulated air supply (or a cylinder of
compressed nitrogen from BOC).
Any pre-mixed material (even to the manufacturer's code) won't usually
produce a good enough colour match for sizeable areas -- an eye match
is needed for that. Also most metallics are highly sensitive to
fluid/air ratio, which can only be controlled with a high pressure
spray gun.
Almost any supplier to the crash repair trade should be able to eye
match to your car in either 2-pack, acrylic lacquer, or auto enamel,
in quantities down to a litre a so. Most should also be able to
supply lacquer in aerosol cans if you really must go that way. Try
