It's obviously *not* the best airline and it has its own problems.
But I personally didn't find any problem with the restroom though.
I liked the food. Only other airlines who can come close in terms of food would
be Singapore Airlines, IMHO.
Sane people in the aeroplane always use toilet papers because of convenience.

also have great service. The cabin crew is really friendly too.
This time I am taking Lufthansa. I have flown with them a few times
before. It is the best routing from SFO to Mumbai -- with just a two
hour layover at Frankfurt. From door to door, just a tad over 24 hours.
