Yeh, the ATIS phone number died around the end of November last year. I was
informed that the number would be back in operation by end February this
year!!!

Went up to Bk tower this week, talked to Baz, he said they have changed
their phone systems, they won't get the Atis back on for a while. They said
they had the same problem in sydney.
Suggest you get Basair atis or a scanner.... cheers

But when you are flying back from the Gold Coast and you
want to know what BK ATIS
is doing, going to the local Internet Cafe may not be an
option ;-)

But a good suggestion...

However I do think that it is a safety issue - as I said for
me getting the whole picture includes getting BK ATIS

Trying ywol Awis as well and same problem. Btw air show ywol supposed today would have been canned with big westerly
