Accommodation For Avalon Airshow Available

Hi Guys and Gals

I have a room reserved in Werribee for 3 Nights for 2 Adults at $100 per
night. Check in Thursday 13 Feb Check out Sun 16 Feb.

For those unfamiliar with the area Werribee is about 15 mins drive along the
Princess Fwy to Avalon.

Anyone interested please e-mail me for more details.

A friend has pulled out at the last minute and I thought rather than hand
the room back somebody who hasn't already secured accomodation from this
group would appreciate the offer.

it's closer to an hour on the public airshow days. No where is quick to
Avalon on those days, except maybe flying in.

If you went by train the closest station would be Little River. It would be
quite a walk from there. Don't know if the organisers or Vline are running
buses between the station and Avalon?

IIRC, shuttle buses connect with trains at Lara.

Fair enoegh...but all said and done it is still more than 15 minutes from
Werribee as stated in the original posting.

That all depends on what time you get out of bed !

And I also speak from a gold pass holder point of view !

Anyway as usual rather than get some praise for doing the right thing by
people on this group for doing something nice all you can do is put shit on
people !

A Gold pass doesn't get you down the highway any quicker. You were in deed
doing what you perceive as the right thing. I was also doing the right
thing by pointing out it is more than 15 Minutes to Avalon on a public day,
gold pass or not.

If that's putting shit on someone then hang, draw and quater me!!

I went to the first show by train. From spencer st then by bus shuttle.
The buses come into Avalon from opposite direction to melbourne. Air con
all the way into the show. Nowalking. Vic rail run it. max
