We are currently seeking a Technical Officer, to join our team specialising
in Air Conditioners.
Reporting to the Technical Manager, your key function will be to support
State Branches, Self-Servicing Dealers and Service Centres in all technical
matters relating to product quality.
You will liaise with both factories and management in order to service our
products and provide training for technical staff to ensure current levels
of expertise are maintained. You will be expected to follow up all Customer
Care technical enquires; to evaluate repair data and prepare quality
analyses for Management and Factories.
