WTS: Samsung DVD Camcorder for Notebook/Laptop

I have a Samsung DVD Camcorder with lots of extras including quite a few
blank mini CDs. It has had very little use - bought mainly to record a
wedding and on an overseas holiday.
I would guess rough estimate of value to be around $400 - $475. Would like
to swap for a notebook/laptop with minimum of 1.6ghz CPU, 80gb HDD and at
least 1gb
of RAM. Also would require WiFi and recovery software if possible,
