O-D matrix <-> split ratio

Hi all,

I uploaded a note describing how split ratios at each ramp (node)
along a freeway section in Aurora RNM can be worked out by using a
predefined O-D matrix. This should be a pretty simple procedure.
Please comment.

I can go through it whenever you wish.
