I have uploaded my analysis of HOV lane (see HOV_AHFC.ppt). The
situation I considered is simpler than Alex did, but the underlying
principle of the analysis is almost the same. The only different is I
do not include the 'FIFO constraint' (constraint 4 in Alex's note).

A modified version has been updated (see HOV_AHFC_modified.ppt).
