Sad to see you selling your Aurora! Your asking price is more than fair and this will be the perfect chance for somebody looking after such a car. If I wouldn't have mine I would take it.

I almost had a buyer here, an American nearby in Golden Bay but his wife has a Sunbeam Alpine and convinced him they need a vintage pickup instead. Summer is arriving here, so now is a good time to attend all the local “Show and Shine” events with the for sale info posted.

If you know anyone in California, the car has its California SB-100 plaque, and shipping is only around $4k.

Since the plastic tank provided has no connection to the provision in the original Cobras

I think "we" have the option to install whatever suits us. So that's what I did some years ago.

My inclination to have some "bling" ruled and I installed a Hot Rod style Stainless steel tubular

tank. It is small and works fine. Ebay will show you a selection and thus you could easily find

a nice one for under $100.
