I just wonder how Nexus One CPU score jumped so much with Froyo?

Google introduced JIT (Just In Time compiler) in Android 2.2, greatly improving the performance of Java code. This is reflected in the CPU test in Quadrant.

This I understand but this jump is seen only for Nexus One and no
other target with Froyo is seeing this jump.
