As you may know, Sue Vos has been in the hospital and will be out of the office for some time. What I understand is that she is in Mercy but will be transferred to a rehab facility. Her assistant did not know when the transfer would happen or if she would like/can have visitors -- but do keep Sue in your thoughts. I have been working with Laurie from marketing to complete our cross-promo assignments. Laurie reports the posters for the kiosks at the Transportation Center are up. I have not had a chance to get down there to see how they look. A general press release has been prepared and released on a national news wire. Laurie is going to do another one but she is looking for the material we have all sent to Sue. If she can't find it I may
need to have you re-send. A lot of what I had is on a crashed computer. The story will be pitched to the Trib etc but no guarantees there. The air time has been purchased for WGN and will run from June 6 through June 10. Laurie and I are working to get the info put together for the email blast which is scheduled for next week.
Laurie also wanted to everyone to know there will be an event to honor Sue on June 30th in the evening and everyone is invited. Details to follow.
