Titan/Rexster Docs

Some steps are missing from the Titan/Rexster docs. It's unclear how and when the titanexample DB, and following the docs as is I get:

[WARN] GraphConfigurationContainer - Could not load graph titanexample. Please check the XML configuration.

Should say: "It's unclear how and when the titanexample DB gets created..."

At the top of the "Configuring Rexster" section I previously added this sentence::

These instructions assume that the a graph has been created in Titan as described in the “Loading Data Into Titan” section of the Getting Started page.

That's the point where you create the graph (prior to any configuration in rexster).  i just edited the wiki to try to draw more attention to that sentence.  I'd rather not replicate the documentation from Getting Started on the rexster page as it creates two areas to maintain the same set of instructions, but if greater clarity is needed i suppose it is necessary.  please let me know what you think about the change i just made to the docs and if you have any more problems getting things going.
