Aura.Uri 2.0.0 released

Hi all,

Hope you are doing well.

We have a new release of Aura.Uri : 2.0.0 .  Happy to tell there are no BC breaks and still will work from 5.4 to 8.2 if you are using it as a component.

If you are using with Aura.Framework you may want to add the necessary config file.
