HHVM support

Hi all,

As we all know hhvm has diverged ( https://hhvm.com/blog/2017/09/18/the-future-of-hhvm.html ) . Is there any plans to still support hhvm or not ?

We have one PR https://github.com/auraphp/Aura.Di/pull/167 waiting to fix Wrong resolution of variadic parameters #164 ( https://github.com/auraphp/Aura.Di/issues/164 )

The current PR fails on hhvm . https://travis-ci.org/auraphp/Aura.Di/jobs/390857804 .

If there is no issues can we remove hhvm support ?

While I hate to break BC, there is so little use of HHVM that I'm willing to relax my position there.

We can remove HHVM support.
