Aura.SqlQuery 3.0.0-alpha.1 released

Hi all,

There was some request to release 3.0.0 . https://github.com/auraphp/Aura.SqlQuery/issues/200

It seems some of you are already using 3.x dev itself.

There is an existing PR https://github.com/auraphp/Aura.SqlQuery/pull/142 if merged may break those who are using the 3.x dev branch.

So for those this release may help.
