Aura.Cli 2.2.0 and Aura.Web 2.1.0

Hi everyone,

In cleaning up some older issues, I have been able to make two new feature releases.

Aura.Cli 2.2.0 adds support for a space as separator between --longopt and its value; i.e., `--longopt val` (in addition to the existing `--longopt=val`).

Aura.Web 2.1.0 adds support for setting, and sending, multiple Response header values.
